Problem summary

* USERS AFFECTED: DB2 11 for z/OS users with zparm             *
*                 STATFDBK_SCOPE other than NONE               *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DB2 may leak certain storage under the  *
*                      022.OPTSTT01 task.                      *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
When zparm STATFDBK_SCOPE is set to a value other than NONE and
statistics recommendations are present, background task
022.OPTSTT01 will externalize those recommendations to catalog
table SYSIBM.SYSSTATFEEDBACK.  In the process of externalizing
the statistics recommendations, DB2 may neglect to free certain
storage (KCL blocks).  Over time this storage leak can consume
unnecessary storage.
