PI57090: UDCLIENT DOES NOT VERIFY SOURCECONFIGPLUGIN AGAINST THE COMPONENT TEMPLATE WHEN CREATING A COMPONENT

Error description

• When creating a Component Template of a certain Source Config
  Plugin type, and then creating a Component from that template
  via UDClient or REST calls, the server does not verify the input
  Source Config Plugin against the template's Source Config
  Plugin.
  
  Also, the user currently must specify the Source Config Plugin
  type on the Component when updating properties of the Source
  Config Plugin. It does not implicitly use the Source Config
  Plugin from the Component Template if it is not specified.
  

Local fix

• Always specify the proper 'sourceConfigPlugin' JSON property
  when creating the Component.
