PI57063: SUPPORT TO ALLOW THE LOADING OF UNICODE DATA TO A UNICODE TABLE

Error description

• This enhancement will provide support for the following types of
  loads:
         EBCDIC SYSREC to EBCDIC TABLE
         UNICODE SYSREC to UNICODE TABLE
  .
  Users will indicate the format of the SYSREC by specifying the
  UNICODE or EBCDIC keyword in the LOAD control cards. The format
  specified must match the target table's encoding scheme.
