Error description
In RBD 9.5.0.1, when a project is cleaned with the preference option "Delete generated files during project clean" switched on, the .jazzignores files in use for RTC source code management are also deleted. This is unexpected and incorrect behavior.

Problem conclusion
The logic has been updated to leave files that have extension "properties" (as originally designed), and to additionally leave files that are "Entries", "Repository", "Root", "Tag", or start with a period in the file name.
