  Usually the 2195 means there was a prior abend, but in this
  dump, we did not see evidence of that in the logrec or DAE.
  The log shows the following messages:

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHMQ0480 with MQCC=2 and MQRC=2195     *
  *                      received on all requests to WMQ after   *
  *                      disconnecting then reconnecting to WMQ. *
  ****************************************************************

  CICS is connected to WebSphere MQ and a task that performs
  WMQ work executes to completion on an L8 TCB. This TCB is
  subsequently reused by a non-WMQ related long running task.
  
  CICS is disconnected from the WMQ queue manager, then
  reconnected. However, the disconnection process never fully
  completed as the long running task on the L8 TCB prevents
  CICS from disassociating WMQ from the L8 TCB. As a consequence
  all WMQ requests result in a DFHMQ0480 message with MQCC=2
  and MQRC=2195.
  
  In an alternative scenario where CICS and WMQ are not
  reconnected, but instead the WMQ queue manager is quiesced,
  the queue manager will not complete shutdown until the long
  running task in CICS has completed.

Problem conclusion

• DFHMQDSC has been changed to disconnect all MQ threads when
  shutting down the CICS MQ attachment.
  DFHMQTRI has been changed to include two new trace entries
  to trace when the END CONTEXT is driven.
  
  The CICS Transaction Server for z/OS V5.2 Trace Entries
  manual (SC34-7295-00) will have additional trace entries
  added to the CICS WebSphere MQ trace points section in Table 93
  following AP A029:
