Error description

• Change Team finds there is a window in which an MQGET browse for
  message with a specific MsgId on an indexed queue can locate a
  matching message, only for destructive MQGET using
  MQGMO_MSG_UNDER_CURSOR to take the message from underneath it.
  This results in an 5C6-00C90F00 abend issued by CSQIMGEF.

  *                      or CSQIMGEG when attempting to browse   *
  *                      messages on an indexed queue.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  During a browse matching on Correlation ID, Message ID, of Group
  ID on an indexed queue, a matching message is located using the
  index. However, while validating that the message is in a
  suitable state to be returned it is deleted by another task
  getting from the same queue. CSQIMGEF and CSQIMGEG should expect
  this to be possible, however there is a timing window where
  these routines do not allow for the possibility of this
  happening, leading to the reported abend being issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQIMGEF and CSQIMGEG are changed to correctly handle the
  message being processed having been deleted by another task, and
  carry on searching for another matching message instead of
  abending.
