  after applying UI34476.  "Application Support Mismatch" alert
  in TEP after applying UI34476.

  Webstart clients will expire April 16, 2016. The application
  support files must be resigned with the renewed Tivoli Java
  certificate.

  DB2 subnodes are not showing in Enhanced 3270 UI due to

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Criteria for collecting lock conflict information was missing
  from the lock conflict table definition.
  Resources file was encoded with the prior maintenance level.
  
  An expired Java certificate warning will be displayed unless
  you install application support files that have been signed
  with the renewed Tivoli Java certificate.
  
  The KPI attributes added to V530 have incorrect affinity
  version bits.
  
  A new IMS region type COTT can be displayed and used
  in Enhanced 3270 UI and TEP situations.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Add missing criteria to lock conflict table definition.
  Ensure resources file is encoded with the  correct maintenance
  level.
  
  Update Java certificate expiration for application support and
  SDA deliverables to 11/1/2018.
