Error description

• ABENDS0C4 or S0C1 is received at IUNCR15 offset X'8B4' when the
  following conditions are met:
  - APAR PI51722 / PTF UI34656 is applied.
  - BLD_PRIMARY or BLD_ILDS is specified.
  - BLD_SECONDARY is specified and the hierarchical HPU scan is
    used.
  - A secondary maintenance exit (sparse exit) is defined for a
    secondary index.
  

Local fix

• A work-around is to run BLD_ILDS and BLD_SECONDARY in separate
  job steps.

  This APAR fixes the following problems:
  1. After applying APAR PI51722, ABENDS0C4
  or S0C1 is received in IIUNCR15 when the
  following conditions are met:
  - BLD_PRIMARY or BLD_ILDS is specified.
  - BLD_SECONDARY is specified and
    the hierarchical HPU scan is used.
  - A secondary maintenance (sparse) exit
    is defined for a secondary index.
  2. When a secondary index maintenance exit
  load module is not found, an incorrect
  reason code (IIUB100E REASON=191) is issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes the problems listed in the Problem Summary
  field.
  For a failure in loading a secondary index maintenance exit
  IIUB100E REASON=713 (SPARSE EXIT LOAD FAILURE) is issued.
