Error description

During the installation or update of a WebSphere application
the Please Wait icon is not displayed while the application is
being uploaded (after Next on the first page of the
installation or update).   But the application update or
installation will complete without any trouble.

The button logic changed in a way that the Please Wait icon no
longer showed up when the Install button was clicked during
application install.

Problem conclusion

The Please Wait icon was added to the install jsp so that when
the Install button is clicked, the icon will display.

APAR PI56391 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
8.5.5.10 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.5.
