APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Template HAA#BND contains the variable CCQ_DB2_RLIB, which is
the DB2 RUNLIB. Many users don't APF-authorize the RUNLIB.
Therefore the BIND job fails, and the RUNLIB must be manually
removed from the bind job STEPLIB concatenation.

Local fix

  • Remove the DB2 Runlib from the Bind job Steplib concatenation.
