• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Deployed a MFP Container group successfully and able to launch
  the MFP console and runtimes initially..
  Noticing the following issues in the MFP console either
  immediately after container group deployment or after running
  for some time.
  
  "Runtime environment management bean is not registered. Try
  again later. If after a long time, you still have this warning,
  check server logs."

Problem conclusion

• Problem is fixed so that when a process is killed abruptly and
  then when its started again the FARM nodes are reinitialized
