Error description

• When FPA Analyze and FPO OPC detect that the pointer of first
  DOVF CI is null, they issue a pointer error message and end with
  a return code of 8.
  We'll provide an option that specifies whether to check the
  pointer of the first DOVF CI. If the check is disabled by this
  option, FPA and FPO will not issue a pointer error message even
  though the pointer of the first DOVF CI is null.

  After installing PI20026/UI26904, a lot of DOVF CI pointer
  errors were detected, because IMS DLET might set the
  "RBA of current overflow CI" pointer of the first DOVF CI of a
  UOW to null (X'00000000') as designed.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR has supported a new keyword DOVFNULLPTR_MSGLVL for:
  .FPA ANALYZE
  .FPA UNLOAD
  .FPO OPC
  .FPO OER
  
  If DOVFNULLPTR_MSGLVL=NONE is specified, no message is issued
  when a null pointer for the current overflow CI in the first
  DOVF CI of a UOW is detected.
  
  If DOVFNULLPTR_MSGLVL=WARNING is specified, a warning message is
  issued when a null pointer for the current overflow CI in the
  first DOVF CI of a UOW is detected.
