PI56103: CORRECT THE BEHAVIOR OF ADVANCED ACBGEN AS SAME AS IMS ACBGEN WITH APAR PI20107/PI46619

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: IMS Library Integrity Utilities for z/OS,    *
  *                 Version 2 Release 2 (FMID=H27P220) users     *
  *                 who use the Advanced ACBGEN utility.         *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If the PSB refers FP type DBD and PSB   *
  *                      was deleted from the PSBLIB, the        *
  *                      messages DFS929I, DFS0587I and DFS0962I *
  *                      were received in the job output of an   *
  *                      ACBGEN job with control statemen        *
  *                      BUILD DBD=dbdname,BLDPSB=NO.            *
  *                      PSB was deleted from the ACBLIB within  *
  *                      the ACBGEN job. When the PSB refers FF  *
  *                      type DBD, these messages is not issued  *
  *                      and PSB is not deleted from the ACBLIB. *
  *                      After IMS ACBGEN APAR PI46619(V13) or   *
  *                      PI20107(V12) applied, this problem is   *
  *                      fixed. Advanced ACBGEN does not provide *
  *                      this fix.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR fixes Advanced ACBGEN to provide same fix which is
  provided by IMS ACBGEN APAR PI20107(V12) or PI46619(V13).
  The problem resolved by IMS ACBGEN APAR PI20107(V12) or
  PI46619(V13) is the following.
  
  If the PSB refers FP type DBD and it was deleted from the
  PSBLIB, the following three messages were received in the job
  output of an ACBGEN job with control statement
  BUILD DBD=dbdname,BLDPSB=NO and the PSB was deleted from the
  ACBLIB. When the PSB refers FF type DBD, these messages are
  not issued and PSB is not deleted from the ACBLIB.
  
  DFS0929I BLDL FAILED FOR MEMBER membername
  DFS0587I ERROR BUILDING PSB=psbname - IT WILL BE DELETED FROM
  ACBLIB
  DFS0962I DBD dbdname NOT PROCESSED. NO ACBLIB PSB REFERENCES
  THE NAMED DBD
  
  After IMS ACBGEN APAR PI20107(V12) or PI46619(V13) is applied,
  the PSB refers FP type DBD is also not deleted from the ACBLIB.
  DFS0587I message is not issued and DFS0962I message text
  does not indicate 'NO ACBLIB PSB REFERENCES THE NAMED DBD'.
  
  By this APAR, Advanced ACBGEN behaves as same as IMS ACBGEN
  with APAR PI20107(V12) or PI46619(V13).
  To enable this, Advanced ACBGEN needs the IMS environment with
  the IMS APAR PI20107(V12) or PI46619(V13).
  If Advanced ACBGEN with this APAR runs in the IMS environment
  that does not have APAR PI20107(V12) or PI46619(V13) applied,
  Advanced ACBGEN runs as same as IMS ACBGEN without PI20107(V12)
  or PI46619(V13).
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules and macro have been changed to fix the
  above problem:
  - FABQDRIV FABQMAIN FABQMSG1 FABQRPT2 FABQRPT3 FABQTASK FABQDSEC
