PI56018: SQL5199N ERROR IS RETURNED WHEN BIGSQL I/O ENGINE CANNOT SPAWN A NEW THREAD

Error description

• When one of BigSQL's I/O engine processes (db2fmp) cannot spawn
  a new thread, the underlying thread library may throw an
  un-handled C++ exception.The result is the creation of a
  FODC_FmpTrap directory in the BigSQL diagnostic path.  Queries
  running at the time may return a SQL5199N, Reason Code 1, error
  message indicating that the connection to a Hadoop I/O
  component could not be maintained.
  When this issue occurs, the FODC_FmpTrap directory that is
  generated will include a file whose name ends with trap.txt.
