Error description

  • Several new commands are now added to enhance the usability
of log apply. New commands are NUMBER-OF-SORTS,
    USE-QUIESCE-POINT-FOR-LOGPOINT, IMAGE-COPY-PREFERENCE,
    TO_TIMESTAMP, TO_LOGPOINT and TO_QUIESCE. NUMBER-OF-SORTS
controls the number of sorts that may be running concurrently.
USE-QUIESCE-POINT-FOR-LOGPOINT results in the source job
building the END-POINT(TO_LOGPOINT) command using the quiesce
point output from the QUIESCE utility. IMAGE-COPY-PREFERENCE
allows users to control which image copies will be processed
by log apply, in what order and if processing is to be excluded.
New TO_ controls are used to determine where log apply stops
looking for logs. These commands allow users to better control
the log apply process to meet their requirements.
