Error description

  • When attempting to export "Network Transactions" analytics data
    in CSV formation via the MobileFirst Operational Analytics
    console, the export operation fails.  Errors are logged in the
    analytics server log of the form:

Local fix

  • Data may be exported in JSON format, and then converted to CSV
    (using a third-party JSON-to-CSV conversion tool) if necessary.

Problem conclusion

  • Users can now export transaction data as a CSV. Replace the two
    WAR files or EAR file in the analytics server and restart the
    server.
