Error description

• Issuing MVS HOLD command against a DLI batch job causes it to be
  terminated with U3303. It should be put on a hold list of jobs
  to be restarted later.                                ABENDU3303

  IMS Program Restart Facility HOLD and XRST commands are the
  commands for BMP to wait, restart and continue processing.
  Against the DLI and DBB batch, these commands should be ignored,
  but now Program Restart Facility accepts them.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program Restart Facility has been changed to ignore the IMS
  Program Restart Facility HOLD command against a DLI and DBB
