problem:

*                      "FPEMMENU Online Monitor Main Menu".    *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
ISPF Online Monitor is running stand alone.
ABEND13E occurs after pressing PF3 on panel
"FPEMMENU Online Monitor Main Menu".
Involved tasks are FPEMMAIN and DGOVDB2I.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
If the detach is fired between "DGOVDB2I LMod end" and
"DGOVDB2I task end" then abend S13E occurs.
Timing at the end of LMod DGOVDB2I was changed.
