Problem conclusion

• The REST endpoint for updateConfigFromServer for now accepts
  both HTTP methods GET and POST.
  
  The client SDK will now attempt an HTTP GET to retrieve the
  information from the server, if the HTTP GET fails due to a
  response code 405 method not allowed then the client will
  attempt HTTP POST to retrieve the information from the server
