  *                      subtask. For example in DGOVTCPS,       *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  During processing of simultaneous data retrieval requests, the
  handling of requests inserted into and fetched from the input
  queue of a task is not serialized correctly. Depending on the
  dispatch sequence of the PE Server tasks, a completed request
  may be fetched from the queue instead of the new request being
  inserted. Resources for the completed request have been
  released and therefore the processing task abends with system
  completion code S0C4 when storage referenced in the request is
  accessed.
  Different tasks of PE Server may abend because the code
  managing the input queue is common to the PE Server load
  modules.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The serialization mechanism for queue-put and queue-get has
  been corrected.
