  When more than one liberty server on a system is configured with
  zoslocaladapters with identical Group, Name2 and Name3 values
  the second server to start will abend with a system 106.
  

Problem conclusion

• The message CWWKB0503E is generated when a liberty server with
  the zoslocaladapters feature installed attempts to configure
  zoslocaladapters with a GROUP NAME1 and NAME2 values identical
  to a Liberty server already running on the same Z/OS image.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.10.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for

Temporary fix

• Restart the failing server with a unique GROUP, NAME1, and NAME2
  value specified for the zoslocaladapter
