PI54756: Z/OS Connect JSON Parse Error message missing JSON payload.

Error description

When parsing an incoming JSON payload for Z/OS Connect that
is invalid the buffer associated with the JSON payload is
not returned so debugging the error in the payload is
difficult. This apar will be used to add the contents of the
request input stream to the message as a UTF-8 string.

When passing an invalid JSON message to Z/OS Connect the raw
JSON payload is not saved.

Problem conclusion

The raw JSON payload will be saved in the server's trace log if
the trace flags are set for zosConnect (e.g.
com.ibm.ws.logging.trace.specification=*=info:zosConnect=all)
and the following flags are set on the zosConnectManager
defintion
preserveJsonObjectPayloadOrder="true"
preserveJsonPayloadCharFormat="true"

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
