The RSS fedd https://www-304.ibm.com/partnerworld/wps/servlet/pwdyn/Feed?cmsI d=isv_ast_nws_rss_feeds&attachmentName=pwcloud.xml causes the error "The Ajax proxy encountered an IOException". If we use http instead of https it works fine.
