Login with users having Turkish characters fails with an
EntityNotFoundException.

Problem conclusion

Virtual Member Manager (VMM) should change the proper encoding
for special cases like Turkish userNames.

A custom property must be set in order to enable this fix.
Use property useEncodingInSearchExpression and assign Turkish
encoding for it.

In wlp\usr\servers\<servername>\bootstrap.properties file, add
the following entry:
useEncodingInSearchExpression=ISO-8859-9

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
