Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does not provide
  a meaningful message when STOW error is met during
  multi target change ANALYZE job using CM Batch
  .
  i.e ZERRMSG  =

Local fix

• To bypass the STOW error customer needs to allocate new PDS
  with enogh DIR blocks to proceed with Chnage Analysis
