Error description

• When server returns a 404 for a page-not-found (ie:
  requesting GET /wrongContextRoot), with these headers:
  Connection ? Close
  Content-Type ? text/html; charset: UTF-8
  
  The issue is with the Content-Type header, where it should
  be "charset=UTF-8" instead of "charset: UTF-8".

  When the server returns an error code of 404 for a page-not-
  found (ie: requesting GET /wrongContextRoot), it returns these
  headers:
  Connection ? Close
  Content-Type ? text/html; charset: UTF-8
  
  The Content-Type header value is incorrect,  it should be
  "charset=UTF-8" instead of "charset: UTF-8".
  

Problem conclusion

• The HTTP Channel code was modified to return the correct charset
  value for Content-Type header, when server returns an error code
  of 404 for a page-not-found error.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
