• During shutdown qmgr abended with:
  Abend 0C4,ABN=0C4-00000011,
  -CSQRUC01,M=CSQRCAFR,LOC=CSQRGLM1.CSQRUC02
  
  followed by
  CSQV086E QUEUE MANAGER ABNORMAL TERMINATION REASON=00E50715
  
  The 0C4 occurs as the termination of the restart service SRB
  is still continuing when CSQRIT02 releases the RMBGGPHB storage
  .

  *                      resolved while the queue manager was    *
  *                      running.                                *

  *                      termination 6C6 with REASON=00E50715    *
  *                      being, as reported by message CSQV086E. *

  *                      0C4 in CSQRUC02                         *
  *                      5C6-00E20002 in CSQSVBK                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  During shutdown processing CSQRIT02 queues a termination request
  to the shutdown checkpoint processor, CSQRCRSC. When CSQRCRSC
  finishes processing this request it resumes CSQRIT02 which frees
  all storage in the RMBGPPHB pool.
  However, if any indoubt units of work involving shared queues
  were resolved, the checkpoint processor will have a RAL
  allocated. When this task ends, the presence of the RAL causes
  deallocation processing to occur and start commit processing.
  This processing attempts to use storage from the RMBGPPHB pool,
  and depending on a race condition between this processing and
  CSQRIT02 it is possible that the storage has already been
  freed, leading to the reported abends.
  
  This is the same problem previously reported by PM87391.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQRCRSC is changed to ensure the RAL is deallocated prior to
  resuming CSQRIT02, to ensure the storage is not freed before
  this processing has completed.
