Error description

• If the user does not set up their ANDROID_HOME environment
  variable correctly, the Cordova CLI does not print a helpful
  message telling you what the problem is.
  
  Error: cmd: Command failed with exit code 1 Error output:
  'android' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
  operable program or batch file.

Problem summary

  * Users who don't have their Android environment set up        *
  * properly and try to run 'mfp cordova info' commmand.         *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Executing the 'mfp cordova info' command when the Android    *
  * environment is unknowingly setup incorrectly will output an  *
  * unhelpful error message. The info command seeksok so if it's *
  * in 710 and 800 it would be "710y and 800y to get information *
  * about the Android SDKs that are installed, but will fail if  *
  * the Android environment is set up incorrectly. ANDROID_HOME  *
  * environment variable should be set to the path of where      *
  * Android SDKs are installed. The PATH environment variable    *
  * should have paths to the Android SDKs tools and              *
  * platform-tools. Updating the error message to include these  *
  * hints would help users figure out that they need to correct  *
  * their Android environment.                                   *

Problem conclusion

• After installing the new MobileFirst CLI, run the info command
  to make sure the Android environment is set up correctly. If
  not, the error message should now provide better help guide to
  correct it.
