Error description

• HMGR0005I is printed at startup when the high availability
  manager is disabled on that server. However, the message is
  misleading and only states that the Single Server DCS
  Corestack was started.

Problem conclusion

• This message was appended to state that the High Availability
  Manager was disabled.
