PI53767: VARIOUS BUG FIXES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Various Bug fixes that include:
  .
  1. LOAD with COPYDDN, RECOVERYDDN and FCCOPYDDN ends with RC=8
     and abend S04E after Load post-processing started.
  2. Added a pause when processing the utilities to get a quiet
     time for the STC to refresh itself to eliminate problems
     during refresh.
  3. The DB2 Utility count does not display in the ISPF dialog.
  4. SQLCODE=-151 may occur when binding on Datasharing member and
  .
  Necessary TCz metadata changes:
  1. Since JES can route job to any LPAR, SYSAFF parameter is
     added to jobs that must be started on the specific LPAR .
  2. Step FREE is added before BIND to free old product packages
     and plans before BINDing newer.
  3. CCQ_DB2_CONNID is used as PARM for ABP#BIND to let it BIND on
     DSG.
  4. Changed name for parameter "DB2 Utility retry count" because
     "DB2 Utility count" seems confusing in the context.
