  database password contains a double quote (").
  
  The error seen within C&DS Configuration Tool is the following:
  
  Configuration FAILED!
  
  IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services configuration
  failed.  Contact IBM support.
  
  - Error: Setup Step Failed: An unexpected failure occurred for
  install step: Process Deployables, error: The following error
  occurred while executing this line:
