  DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Change Management
  does not provide functionality to create a batch job
  for a multi-target change via panels.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The process of analyzing or running a   *
  *                      multi-target change currently can be    *
  *                      carried out by the user using an        *
  *                      available predefined BATCH job only.    *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If the user wants to analyze or run a multi-target
  change, they need to have a BATCH job available
  beforehand.  This APAR will provide an enhancement to
  allow the user to specify line commands 'AN (Analyze)' or
  'RN (Run)' on panel ADB2C11 'CM - Changes', as it
  does for a regular change. A batch job is created
  with basic parameters to perform the analyze or run
  process for the selected multi-target change owner and
  name.
