• Rational Change should support Internet Explorer 11, without the
  requirement to add the server name to the web browsers'
  Compatibility View settings.

Problem conclusion

• By default it is whole domain is added to compatibility list,
  that is how IE 11 is designed. To add a specific URL to
  compatibility view list Group Policy of IE 11 can be configured.
