APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SDC2-003F ABEND, SA03 ABEND on start up of CQM. Error occurs
  when RSM DETACH request is issued for an object that is not
  found by RSM.
  

Local fix

• Start CQM with a new CQM Master Address Space name
  (MASTER_PROCNAME parameter on the CQMPARMS file):
  
  MASTER_PROCNAME(xxxxxxxx) -
