  call to stored procedure DSNWZP receives a SQLCODEN923 / SQLCODE

  *                      default DB2 Admin Tool Plan Names:      *

  using the default DB2 Admin Tool Plan Names.
  
  The job template ADBCMBIV 'Verify CM Batch JCL procedure'
  completed successfully.  However, the statement
  PLAN_NAME_IS_ALTERNATE = 'Y' was not generated in the job
  and a SQLCODE=-923 / SQLCODEN923 is displayed.
  

Problem conclusion
