PI53383: BND3118S DISPLAY BNDP016 FAILED RC=20

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• BND3118S issued when Bind Manager is started from the
  DB2 Administrative Tool Launchpad.
  
  An error in the upper right corner of the screen says ISPF
  error.
  Pressing PF1 shows the following message:
  
    BND3118S  DISPLAY BNDP016 failed,   /*AAMS*/    RC=20
  
  The problem does not occur when executing DB2 Bind Manager
  standalone.

Local fix

• A trace will show  the provided ISRSPTC keylist is missing
  To check, go onto one of the failing ISPF environments.
  Key in the following on the ISPF Command Line.
  
   KEYLIST
  
  
  The following entry is probably missing.
        ISRSPTC   SHARED
  
  If you find that expected ISRSPTC entry is missing, then you can
  do either of the following.
  
  1) Restore/Add ISRSPTC keylist or
  2) Delete KEYLIST(ISRSPTC) line in SBNDPENU(BNDP016).
  
  Removing KEYLIST(ISRSPTC) won't impact Bind Manager function as
  far as we can see.
  
  ISRSPTC defines PF keys functional assignment.
  If this statement is missing, the default PF key map or customer
  specified key map will be used.
  
  We see this command in both SBNDPENU(BNDP016) and
  SBNDPENU(BNDP018).
  Remove the 2nd line 'KEYLIST(ISRSPTC)' in both panels as
  follows.
