Error description
When an SDEP CI has DEFAULT STOPRBA SEGMENT, OPC currently checks if all subsequent bytes are zero. However, OPC should perform this check only 1 byte after the DEFAULT STOPRBA SEGMENT. Also, FPA Analyze currently does not check the byte after the dummy segment (if FSOF is zero) and the byte pointed by FSOF FSOF (if FSOF is not zero). FPA Analyze should perform this check.

Problem conclusion
FPO OPC and FPA Analyze have been modified to check the free spaces of SDEP CIs as follows: - If FSOF is zero, then only segment in CI should be a dummy segment. The next byte of the end of the dummy segment should be zero. It doesn't matter what else is in the CI. - If FSOF is not zero, then the byte at FSOF should be zero.
