  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  If a data collection attempt results in an error such as a
  time-out, the agent will erroneously try to re-establish its
  connection with the collector address space at the frequency
  of KDP_AUTODETECT_INTERVAL.  The agent address space must
  be recycled to correct this condition.  While the condition
  is occurring, the DB2 cannot be monitored by TEP or the
  Enhanced 3270 UI.

  Use a different return code to distinguish between the need
  to re-establish the agent/collector connection and an error
  during the data collection attempt.
