  HRFYUTIL utility can start or stop diagnostic test even when
  there are any ORF captures activated in the specified control
  region, which causes the corruption of ORF control blocks.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the HRFYUTIL utility so it would fail to
  start or stop diagnostic test with return code 4 and HRF01579W
  message when there are any ORF captures activated in the
  specified control region.

  Explanation: IMS Online Reorganization Facility could not

  User response: Correct the condition reported in the message and
  resubmit the job.
