Error description

• The default value of HPIO control statement for Load API when
  using PGM=HPSRRC00 and all libraries in the STEPLIB DD are
  APF-authorized has been changed from YES to NO by applying APAR
  PK88818.

• Specify HPIO=YES in control statements.
