Error description

• If OpenID Connect client configuration (for relying party to
  use Google as provider) is missing the jwkEndpointUrl
  attribute, error CWWKS1758E is thrown. This error is
  misleading in this situation and does not explain the root
  cause of the problem.

Problem conclusion

• Added the following new error message when the jwkEndpointUrl
  attribute is missing:
  CWWKS1771E: The OpenID Connect client configuration needs a
  jwkEndpointUrl attribute.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.8.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
