PI51450: UPDATE JAVA PROPERTIES FILE PLUGIN DOES NOT CREATE NEW FILES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You will not be able to create new property files when running
  an Update Java Properties step in a process. The files should be
  created when you supply a list of one or more properties files
  which do not already exist but need to be created and added. The
  plugin step will succeed but no files are created.
  

Local fix

• Use a Create File step before running the Update Java Properties
  step in order to create the necessary properties files.
