Error description

Console application (isclite)  is corrupted when stack products
like TFIM are installed and script from
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21962852 is
run.

Local fix

Run deployConsole.py -remove to uninstall   isclite, then
deployConsole.py to install isclite, then run the script the
stack product uses to update the isclite application

Problem summary

When a system application is updated to include a new module,
the application deployment descriptor in the configuration
repository is not recognized when an update operation occurs
later.

Problem conclusion

The code is fixed to use the application deployment descriptor
in the configuration repository.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.41, 8.0.0.13, and 8.5.5.9.  Please refer to the
