Error description

• When viewing a message's prefix data on the panel "Message
  Prefixes and Text Segments", if the name of an OTMA TMEMBER is
  longer than 8 characters it is truncated. This APAR allows
  TMEMBER's with 16-character names to be displayed.

• QCF Query panel IQCP13 is changed to display 16 characters
  TMEMBER name at the Source flds.
