Error description

• When attempting to issue an OSGi console command via the
  z/OS modify command the modify command fails with a
  java.util.ConcurrentModificationException.

Problem conclusion

• The command processing algorithm has been modified such that
  ConcurrentModificationExceptions are no longer possible.
  Execution of z/OS modify commands should no longer encounter
  this java exception.
