Error description

• For users of Enterprise COBOL V5.x compiling COBOL programs
  containing variable-length moves at OPT(0), the compiler may
  interleave instructions from different source lines together,
  making debugging difficult for some third-party debugging tools.
  

Local fix

• Use ARCH(7) or lower.
