* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does   *
*                      not generate double quotes around a     *
*                      table name that contains special        *
*                      characters when using the Change        *
*                      Management SQL IMPORT function.         *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Program should wrap double quotes around the table creator
and table name for ADMIN ALTER TABLE and RENAME TABLE
statements to support special characters.
