  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the Change Management        *
  *                      function to analyze and run a change,   *
  *                      the DISP definition for some temporary  *
  *                      data sets used in the Analyze and Run   *
  *                      jobs are coded as DISP=SHR, which       *
  *                      leads to the IEF648I message in the     *
  *                      job output.                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      For example, in the Analyze job, the    *
  *                      DISP of the INDD DD of step EXOBJS1     *
  *                      is coded as:                            *
  *                                                              *
  *                         //INDD  DD DISP=SHR,                 *
  *                         //      DSN=*.EXDLTA.VEROUT          *
