Error description

• Changing the Source Type to text for the List Column Title in a
  list report will result in disabling the glossary menu item when
  right-clicking on the list column in Cognos Viewer

• The glossaries capability exists only on data items. When the
  list column header is switched to use static text, the data item
  reference is removed. In the past a code technique was used to
  draw the data reference from the list column body but this
  technique cannot be used in tandem with the fix to another more
  serious defect. Therefore, potential solutions include 1. Use
  the data item label reference instead of static text. 2. Access
  glossary from the list column body item rather than the list
  column header 3. Create a data item in the model with the
  desired custom name and use it rather than the current data
  item.
