Error description

• IBM IMS Cloning Tool does not prohibit invalid keyword
  combination of
  FASTREP(NONE) and FCTOPPRCPRIMARY for ADRDSSU thus causing
  ADR139E incompatibility error messages to be issued.
  This fix prohibits the use of this invalid combination and
  issues message:
  
  GCL34050E 11:17:20 Errors in parameter for keyword:
  FCTOPPRCPRIMARY
      FCTOPPRCPRIMARY NOT VALID WITH FASTREP(NONE)
  
  prior to IBM IMS Cloning Tool invoking ADRDSSU.
